RTS™4000
The RTS™ 4000 is the base control unit for creating and processing reconfigurable tooling in 2Phase Technologies Reconfigurable Tooling Beds. The RTS 4000 contains the vacuum pumps, liquid pressure vessels, liquid pumps and heaters necessary to form, thermally harden and thermally soften reconfigurable tools. The RTS™ 4000 is touch screen accessed, menu driven, and microcomputer controlled. Features of the RTS™ 4000 include:

Reconfigurable Tooling Beds
2Phase Technologies Reconfigurable Tooling Beds come in three standard sizes: 2.5 ft x 3 ft, 3 ft x 4 ft, and 6 ft x 9 ft. Custom size tool beds are available as well. Each tool bed is capable of preforming any composite process from vacuum bag, room-temperature cure up to and including 375F cure in an autoclave. Tool bed features include:
- Active vacuum seals on all interchangeable membranes.
- Permanent reusable vacuum cap that can be used as a vacuum bag in curing processes.
- Interchangeable top membranes of varying thicknesses depending on the level of detail required in the tool
- Quick vacuum disconnects that allow easy switching of tool beds at the base station and easy transportation to oven or autoclave.
